The Building Survey used to be known as the Structural Survey. |
This is a full report concerning the construction of the building and any visible defects. |
The report will give advice on how to deal with defects and on maintenance of the property once you have bought it. |
A Building Survey does not consider the value of the property but a valuation can be included if you instruct us at the same time - an additional fee is payable. |
